The PACS Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu 101 Program is designed for total beginners to effectively learn BJJ. Using our proven curriculum, students are taught how to positionally control an opponent so that a submission hold can be applied, finishing a fight.
Pennsylvania Combat Sports has been developing and spreading high level Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu in Westmoreland County since 2010. Prior to the evolution of PACS, our head Black Belt Instructor established Greensburg’s first BJJ & MMA focused school back in 2001!
From those early days to where we are now as PACS, many people in the greater Pittsburgh area have experienced the positive benefits of training BJJ on our mats.
If learning Brazilian Jiu-jitsu is something you’re looking to get started with today, then give us a call at (724) 420-5199 or use the contact form below.
